I've been dealing with cholesteatoma for four years now and also developed Bell's palsy along with it. I'm currently on Siddha medicine but the treatment is taking too long. Is there any non-surgical treatment option in allopathy that could help me recover faster?

View allI'm really worried about my friend's ear pain. She's been dealing with it for over a year, and every time we consulted a doctor, they just recommended cleaning. But last week, she was out of town and in a lot of pain, so she saw another doctor who found a small hole in her eardrum and suggested surgery. Im wondering if surgery is really necessary or if there are other options. Could you give some advice on this situation?

I've got these sore blister-like things at the back of my throat, and I'm kinda worried. My sister thinks it's strep throat, but someone else mentioned it might be related to something sexual, while another person just said they're blisters. I'm confused and a bit concerned. Could you help me figure out what might be going on?
You seem to be having granular pharyngitis which commonly occurs secondary to chronic irritation of throat in conditions such as Post nasal discharge, allergy, reflux laryngopharyngitis, smoking etc. Treatment of primary cause is necessary Next Steps Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
