My ultrasound report says the gall bladder isn't visible but there's a dilated common bile duct measuring 20mm at the porta with a clump of calculi around 39x19mm in the middle part. Should I be worried about this? What does this mean for my condition? 
 
 I had gallbladder surgery before and now seeing these findings could this be related to my past surgery or is it something new developing? What are the next steps I should take?

I'm having some concerns and need advice. Yesterday morning, I took an ascazin tab and since then I've been feeling bloated or like my belly is full even without eating. Could it be the ascazin tab causing this, or maybe it's related to the MMR vaccine? Later in the evening on the same day, I also started experiencing shortness of breath and feeling lightheaded. I'm really worried because I have no fever, cough, or cold. Can you help figure out what's going on with my stomach?

I'm having this pain on the right side of my chest whenever I swallow, even when I just drink water. It gets worse when I burp too. This all began about three weeks ago after a pill my ENT doctor recommended got stuck in my throat, and it almost made me vomit. Since then, the pain just hasn't gone away. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

Consume more liquids and fibre rich foods for easing the constipation you can also try dupholac syrup 10ml during bed time.
