I'm dealing with a fissure and it's really uncomfortable. I'm hoping for some advice on how to heal it permanently. Could you suggest any treatments or steps I should take to get rid of this issue for good?

Fissures can be quite painful and bothersome. To help heal a fissure permanently, you can try using a topical ointment called Rectiv. Apply a pea-sized amount of Rectiv 0.4% ointment to the affected area twice daily for up to 4 weeks. Additionally, you can take stool softeners like Colace to prevent constipation and reduce straining during bowel movements. It is also important to increase your fiber intake and stay hydrated to promote regular bowel movements and prevent further irritation.

View allIm really worried about my dad's health. Hes been diagnosed with a gastrointestinal issue, and they found an ulcer. His hemoglobin levels are low, and even after doing a capsule video endoscopy and a bone marrow test, everything came back normal. Im not sure what steps we should take next. Also, when he eats, the food refluxes when he lies down, and if he walks a bit more, hes having trouble breathing. Hes currently on Ramcor H2.5 and Stamlo 2.5 for high blood pressure and Livogen and Benadan. Could this be affecting his condition? Hes had all these tests for iron deficiency anemia like endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, and all that. I have the file with the details, but I cant share it here. Could you please let me know how we should proceed to find out what's wrong?
