I'm experiencing some itching and a sensation of something pinching in my anus, but I can't see anything there. It mostly happens when I'm sitting or if I'm walking quickly. What could be causing this?

Your symptoms suggest anal itching (pruritus ani) or rectal pain, possibly due to hemorrhoids, anal fissures, or levator ani syndrome, exacerbated by pressure from sitting or walking; consult a gastroenterologist or proctologist for a proper evaluation and treatment.

View allI'm having a really tough time with constipation and I'm not sure what syrup might help. Also, Im a bit lost about what types of foods I should be eating to help with this. Can you guide me on what to do?
For constipation, you can take syrup Duphalac 15ml once daily. Additionally, you should increase your intake of fiber-rich foods such as fruits (apples, pears, berries), vegetables (broccoli, carrots, spinach), whole grains (oats, brown rice), and legumes (beans, lentils). It is also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Regular physical activity can also help alleviate constipation.

Im really worried about my dad's health. Hes been diagnosed with a gastrointestinal issue, and they found an ulcer. His hemoglobin levels are low, and even after doing a capsule video endoscopy and a bone marrow test, everything came back normal. Im not sure what steps we should take next. Also, when he eats, the food refluxes when he lies down, and if he walks a bit more, hes having trouble breathing. Hes currently on Ramcor H2.5 and Stamlo 2.5 for high blood pressure and Livogen and Benadan. Could this be affecting his condition? Hes had all these tests for iron deficiency anemia like endoscopy, colonoscopy, CT scan, and all that. I have the file with the details, but I cant share it here. Could you please let me know how we should proceed to find out what's wrong?

I'm trying to make it a habit to drink water every morning right after waking up, but I've been getting nauseous and end up vomiting the water I just drank. Do you have any ideas about why this is happening?
it might be due to gag reflex, might also be due to increased gastritis. Take one tablet. Pantop in morning the next day, it will reduce gastritis
