I've been dealing with a cold and cough for the past three days and now I'm starting to have this wheezing issue. What can I do or take for it? Are there any medicines or suggestions that might help?

I'm starting to worry a bit because even after 25 days of taking the prescribed medication for COVID-19 and sticking to all the protocols, a positive test result is still showing up. There aren't any symptoms at the moment, but my dad's SpO2 levels are all over the place. They dip to around 93 in the evening but shoot back up to a normal 98 when he wakes up in the morning. Should I be concerned about this fluctuation? Is this considered normal?

I'm a bit worried because I had COVID about three weeks ago, and my doctor suggested spirometry exercises for my lungs. But I've noticed that when I do spirometry for about 2 minutes, my SpO2 levels drop to like 92, 93, or 94. If I wait for 5 minutes after that, it goes back up to around 98 or 99. I also tried a 6-minute walk, and my SpO2 seems to stay around 96 to 98 during that. Is it normal for spirometry exercises to drop my SpO2 so much? Just for reference, my chest CT score was 12.

I've been dealing with a viral infection and noticed blood in my sputum when I wake up in the morning. This has happened three times now with some gaps in between. Why might this be happening?
