I've been dealing with a cold and fever lately, so I took Nobel Plus and Rabekind DSR for the gas. After having some food, I took Clamcheck 625, but now I'm feeling really weak and my leg fingers are starting to go sideways. Could this be a side effect of the medication, or is something else going on? What should I do?

View allI'm a bit worried because Ive been taking vitamin B12 injections and supplements due to a deficiency. Initially, my B12 level was 212, but now its shot up to 2000 in my latest lab test. Is having a vitamin B12 level that high dangerous, and how can I bring it down quickly? Sometimes I feel my body shakingcould that be because my B12 levels are too high?
Having a vitamin B12 level above 2000 is considered high, and it may lead to symptoms such as body shaking. To reduce the high level of vitamin B12 quickly, you should stop taking any B12 supplements or injections and consult with your healthcare provider for further guidance. They may recommend adjusting your dosage or frequency of B12 intake. In the meantime, you can focus on a diet that is low in vitamin B12-rich foods such as meat, fish, and dairy products. Make sure to stay hydrated and maintain a healthy lifestyle. If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention promptly.

I'm a bit worried about smoking after getting the Covaxin shot. The nurse told me not to smoke but didn't give me a specific timeframe to wait. Could you clarify how long I should avoid smoking post-vaccination?
There's no specific time frame recommended for waiting to smoke after receiving the Covaxin vaccination. However, it's generally advised to avoid smoking for as long as possible after vaccination, as smoking can weaken the immune system and reduce the effectiveness of the vaccine.

I'm feeling a bit anxious. I've been told I have typhoid and my test results show a ratio of 1160 for the O and H antigens. The doctor mentioned that it's normal, but I'm not really sure about it. Also, my ESR is at 48. Should I be worried? Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it really okay as the doctor says?
Despite your doctor's reassurance, a Widal test ratio of 1:160 for O and H antigens is indicative of typhoid fever, and an ESR (Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate) of 48 is elevated, suggesting inflammation;
