I've been dealing with a cold, cough, and fever about 10 to 15 days ago. Now, even though my body still feels hot, there's no fever when I use a thermometer. I'm also experiencing a bit of weakness. Any idea what these symptoms could mean? What medication could help prevent or cure this?

These symptoms could be related to a post-viral syndrome, where your body is still recovering from the previous cold, cough, and fever. The feeling of body heat without an actual fever could be due to residual inflammation or immune response. The slight weakness may also be a lingering effect of the previous illness. To help alleviate these symptoms, you can consider taking a medication like Paracetamol (brand name: Tylenol) for any discomfort or perceived feverishness. Additionally, you may benefit from over-the-counter cough syrups like Dextromethorphan (brand name: Robitussin) for any lingering cough. Make sure to get plenty of rest, stay hydrated, and eat nutritious foods to support your body's recovery.

View allI'm really not that great at English, so bear with me. Anyway, about five days ago, I started feeling this chest tightness and had a lump-in-the-throat kind of feeling. I checked online and decided to drink a bottle of Smirnoff Mule vodkait works as my soda substitute. It helped a bit, though I could still feel a bit of tightness, but not as bad as before. So now, three days later, I'm feeling this discomfort in my lower left rib cage and my back, but there's no pain when I press on the area, and it disappeared after 24 hours. Right now, it's more about discomfort on the left side of my throat when I swallow, near my Adam's apple. I haven't had a fever since last week, either. Could you guide me on where I might be able to have a general check-up around the BGC or Pembo Makati area?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm 28 and have been experiencing body pains and dizziness, and I'm starting to wonder if it might be related to vitamin deficiencies, like vitamin B12 or D. Could you suggest some vitamin tablets that might help?
I recommend taking Vitamin B12 tablets, such as Neurobion, 1000 mcg once daily, and Vitamin D tablets, such as D3 1000 IU once daily. These supplements can help address your vitamin deficiencies and alleviate symptoms like body pains and dizziness.
