I've been dealing with a cold for several days now and have been taking Lecope M, Ampilox, and using Ciplex eye drops. My eyes still itch really badly at times, and my cold just won't go away. Any advice on what I should do?

I'm feeling a bit stuck because my doctor recommended Mebex Plus tablets for me, but I can't seem to find them in any pharmacies nearby. Is it okay if I just take regular Mebex instead?
No problem you have to take

I'm feeling well and my mom is okay too, but just as a precaution, we both take steam regularly at night. We usually add kalonji to boiling hot water before taking steam. I'm just a bit concerned and want to know if it's safe for us to keep doing this regularly?
