I've been dealing with confluent reticulated papillomatosis for about a year now, and the dermatologist I saw gave me a steroid cream. It works for a bit, but then the condition just comes back. It's pretty embarrassing, and I'm really anxious about going out because of it. Is there any permanent treatment for this condition?

View allI've been taking these medicines: Syntran 200, Codox, Hizet 25 mg, Lorinol 10, and using Tribex cream and Nozal cream. Now I'm breaking out in red rashes all over my body. Could you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do?
Given the red rashes after taking those medications, consider stopping them immediately and consulting a doctor as soon as possible; in the meantime, apply a cool compress or calamine lotion to soothe the skin, take an oral antihistamine like diphenhydramine to reduce itching and inflammation, and avoid scratching the affected areas to prevent further irritation.

I've noticed these two small lumps under my left armpit. At first, they seemed like pimples under the skin, but they got worse and swollen after I applied some Tiger Balm and pressed on them. I'm a bit worried about what this could be. Could you give me some advice?

I've noticed that the skin around my private area has turned a black color and it's really itchy. I'm a bit worried about what might be causing this and what the best treatment options could be. Can you help me figure out how to deal with this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection in your private area. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for about 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10mg once daily to help with the itching. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and wear loose-fitting cotton underwear to allow for better air circulation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
