I've been using Acnesol cream and Intern lotion for my pimples and pigmentation issues, but Im not seeing any improvement in the pimple spots. What can I do to help them fade? Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I've got a pretty big boil on my left calf, and after a while, it started leaking pus and blood for around 15 days. I'm dealing with a persistent jock itch and the whole thing is really frustrating. I first tried using Candid Dusting powder, which helped for a bit, but the itch just kept coming back. Then I went for an antifungal cream called Clobiprop NM, and while it reduced the rashes, they returned as soon as I stopped the cream. I've also tried a stronger cream, Clop GM, which seemed to reduce the rash and itch at first, but now my skin has turned white and its painful and itching again. Could you suggest what might be a good treatment or medication for this?
