I've been dealing with constant mucus in my chest, but I dont have a cough. I'm also experiencing ongoing chest and back pain, and sometimes I find it hard to breathe properly. Theres also a weird whistling sound coming from my chest. Should I be concerned? What could be causing these symptoms?

My wife got diagnosed with TB back in March, and we've been on top of her treatment with a combo of meds like rifampicin, isoniazid, ethambutol, and pyrazinamide according to her weight. Her haemoglobin levels are pretty low at around 8, plus she's dealing with an iron deficiency, so she's taking iron supplements, folic acid, and vitamin C as well. But for the past 10 days, she's been experiencing pain in her back and around her neck, and I'm just really concerned. Could this be something like TB of the spine? If that's what it is, and she's already on TB meds, what do we do next? What other tests should she possibly have aside from the LFT? Would love some guidance on this.

take a pain killer

I've been non-stop coughing for three days now and the longest I can go without coughing is just a minute or two. There's a lot of phlegm and it's painful when I take deep breaths. I've already tried using my rescue inhaler and the nebulizer, but I'm still coughing a lot and wheezing. What could be going on, and what else can I do?

continue nebulization and take cough syrup ascoril twice a day
