I've been dealing with a cough for 1214 days, and it's probably due to my dust allergy. I visited a doctor last week, and he prescribed Macpod 200, Montek LC, and Rapitus plus syrup. But over the last couple of days, I've developed a fever and I'm feeling really weak. What should I do? Is this something to be worried about?

It's October now, and the readings haven't changed much. I'm worried about what might be causing this and if it's indicative of any particular health issue. Could this be something serious?
