I've been dealing with a cough and cold for a few days, and then I started having some breathing problems. I went to a doctor and got some medicine, but it didn't completely fix the issue. I had some tests done like tc, dc, esr, hd, and ige, and even had a chest x-ray. Just got my results back today and my ige levels are almost double the max limit. I'm worried and really want to consult a doctor about what this could mean. Any advice on next steps or what might be going on?

I'm dealing with allergies that hit me whenever there's dust, strong smells, or sudden weather changes. It's been going on for a long time, and I end up sneezing up to 30 times in one go, which is exhausting. I rely on Cetrizine, Fexofenadine, or Bilastine, but every time I take these meds, I get really drowsy and have a dry mouth. Is there anything else you can suggest that doesn't come with these annoying side effects?

I'm trying to understand what it means to have a serum IgE total of 1575.6 KIUL. Is that considered really high? Should I be worried? Also, are there any ways to bring it down naturally, maybe with some home remedies? I'm just really curious and a bit concerned about what this could mean for my health.
