I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I visited the doctor again about two weeks ago, and he mentioned it was an infection and gave me syrup and some pills, but it hasn't cleared up. After eating meals, I notice white mucus fills my chest, and I have to cough it up right after eating. Plus, when I play football for about an hour, the cough kicks in, and I start feeling really fatigued. What's going on here, and how can I get back to feeling healthy again?
Probable diagnosis is upper respiratory tract infection.Patient is advised tab augmentin 625mg orally,thrice dailly for 5 days,tab levocetrizine 10 mg for 5 days and syrup salbutoml 10 ml thrice dailly for 5 days.

I'm a bit worried about what it means when they say there's a calcified lesion in the right hilum. Is it something serious? Should I be considering any tests or medication for this? Just trying to understand if I need to be concerned.

My mom was diagnosed with COPD and dilated RARVPA about three months ago. She tested positive for COVID last week but has since recovered. However, her oxygen levels sometimes drop to 80, especially when she's sleeping. I'm really worried about how serious this might be. Can you tell me more about what foods she should avoid and what she should be eating instead?
no it is not serious. But need to take medication for COPD. avoid foods like banana, curd
