I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I've been dealing with this constant cough and breathing issues for a few days now, even though I'm on a daily dose of Symbicort for my bronchitis asthma. I'm starting to get really worried because I'm not sure what else I can do. Can you recommend a good pulmonologist I could see, or suggest any other steps I might take to help manage this? Why is my fever and cough getting worse after taking Akt4 for 13 days? My weight is 77 kg, and my CECT report shows multiple small necrotic mediastinal and left hilar nodes due to Koch's. The FNAC report says MTB DNA is detected, and the Gene Xpert report couldn't determine Rifampicin susceptibility because there was very low MTB DNA. Is this normal? I'm really worried. When will the fever go away?
