I've been dealing with a cough for nearly two years, and about three months ago, my doctor sent me for Blood IgE, PFT, and FENO tests. Based on my IgE results, I finished a course of allergy tablets, and I was also prescribed Esiflo, which I'm supposed to take with Lupihaler. I initially felt dizzy on this medication, so I stopped after a couple of days, but I've restarted at a reduced dose. Should I keep taking Esiflo even though it makes me feel uncomfortable? And looking at my PFT and FENO reports, do they suggest if my lungs are in bad shape? I'm also experiencing some shortness of breath and chest heaviness lately. I can't reach my doctor right now, so I'd really appreciate some insight. Thank you.

I've also had a chest x-ray that showed no issues, and I'm on medication suggested by a pulmonologist from this app. I don't have any cold, fever, or cough. The doctor mentioned it might be due to acidity and anxiety, but I find myself needing to take deep breaths every 34 minutes or so. I don't eat much and just do some light walking in my parking lot because of the lockdown. I had been using duolin and easebreath nebulization but decided to stop and stick with turmeric steam instead. I'm also taking RabletD and Abflo, with just two doses left. What do you think about this approach?
Turmeric steam may provide some comfort but doesnt directly address shortness of breath caused by acidity or anxiety. Its good that your chest X-ray is normal and you're following your pulmonologists advice. Continue your prescribed medications (Rablet-D and AB-Flo), stay hydrated, and practice relaxation techniques to manage anxiety. If symptoms persist, follow up with your doctor.

my brother is on TB medication and his MRI report shows some issues a private doctor recommended surgery but can he recover with just meds and a good diet or is surgery really necessary

I've been tested positive for Covid on July 30, 2020, but I didn't have any symptoms. They admitted me to the hospital anyway and did all sorts of tests like CBC, kidney, liver, d-dimer, ferritin, and some ECG and chest X-ray, and everything came back normal. I got out after a week and have been quarantining at home for six days now. The past three days, I've been feeling like I have this chest fullness, kind of like gastric issues. I went back to the hospital and got another X-ray, which looks fine. But my Spo2 levels have been always between 93 and 96 since I got home. I'm not really experiencing anything else, but I'm worried about how to improve my Spo2 levels. Can you give me some advice?
