I've been dealing with a cough for the past five days, and I've also got a sore throat. The cough mostly happens at night and it's super dry. None of the meds seem to be helping so far. I've also had an X-ray done could you tell me if it looks normal?

I'm 21 and I've had asthma since I was 2. It's not super severe, but I do need to use my Foracort inhaler every day. I also like to work out at the gym. I've been dealing with some allergy problems lately, and when I saw a doctor, they had me do an allergy test and a chest X-ray. They mentioned there might be an infection in my chest. I decided to consult another doctor who requested a Montoux (Mantoux) test, and it came back with a 14mm result. I'm a bit worried about what all this could mean. Could you help me understand these results and the possible implications?

Probable diagnosis is allergy. Patient is advised tab allergra 120 mg orally ,bedtime for 14 days. Also tab augmentin duo 625mg is advised,orally,twice daily for 7 days.
