I've been dealing with a covid infection and got my tests done. The fever's gone down, but now I'm struggling with a congested chest that makes it really hard to breathe. I'm in home isolation and following my doctor's treatment plan, but this chest congestion and cough are just making it so tough to breathe. Do you have any advice on how to ease this congestion?

meta nasal spray use it for 2 weeks and levolin inhaler also for 2 weeks . if symptoms persists more than 2 weeks continue it for 1 more week and visit your respective doctor

I've been having trouble breathing for the last few months, and the mucus is really thick and white. After I eat, it gets a bit worse, almost like my chest feels heavy. I've already done a chest X-ray and a complete blood test, and everything came out normal. With the whole COVID situation, I can't really go to a hospital right now. Do you have any idea what might be going on or what I should do next?
Patient is advised tab augmentin 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

I'm a 20-year-old female dealing with active pulmonary tuberculosis, and I've been on treatment for about 1.5 months now. The doctor said my x-ray shows that 70% of my lung is damaged, and there are large cavities. I'm having severe white-colored cough that just won't quit, and I'm exhausted all the timeI can't even stand without feeling the need to sit down. Any exercise or even short walks wipe me out completely. Given that I've been on medication for a while now, shouldn't the severe cough have improved by now? Is there any chance my lungs can heal and return to their previous state without cavities? And this tirednesscould it be a side effect of the anti-tuberculosis medicine I'm on?
yes your tiredness us because of tuberculosis medicine, take highly nutritious food. after proper treatment your lungs will become normal
