I've been dealing with dark circles, wrinkles, and under-eye bags for the past two years, and I'm really concerned. My dermatologist recommended Elocon cream, but I know it's a steroid and it could have side effects. It works for a short time, but the dark patches come back quickly. Im starting to think maybe it's an allergy to dust mites. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I noticed my hairline is receding more on the right side near my temple compared to the left, which is still thick. There's some thinning starting in the right frontal area too. Would a hairline reduction surgery work for me? Is it a permanent solution, and is it available in India?
