I've been dealing with a DNS issue for a long time and have had multiple surgeries, but it's still not fixed. I visited Apollo Hospital, and the doctor recommended another surgery. My DNS is deviated to the right side, blocking my right nostril, making it hard to breathe properly. Because of this, I feel like my body isn't getting enough oxygen, so I end up breathing quickly or panting. Is surgery the only option, or are there other treatments that could help?

I've been having this recurring issue with my throat where I keep getting these ulcers. They show up pretty often and usually pop up again not long after they heal. I'm wondering if this might be linked to my habit of eating cold stuff. Could that be causing the ulcers to come back?
