I've been dealing with a DNS issue for a long time and have had multiple surgeries, but it's still not fixed. I visited Apollo Hospital, and the doctor recommended another surgery. My DNS is deviated to the right side, blocking my right nostril, making it hard to breathe properly. Because of this, I feel like my body isn't getting enough oxygen, so I end up breathing quickly or panting. Is surgery the only option, or are there other treatments that could help?

I have nasal polyps and a fungal infection causing severe right-sided headaches and watery eyes multiple times a day. To manage your nasal polyps and fungal infection with tea tree oil, create a diluted solution and apply it with a cotton swab, steam inhalation, or in a diffuser. Dilute 3-5 drops of tea tree oil in an ounce of carrier oil like olive or coconut oil, and gently dab the solution on the right nostril using a cotton swab 2-3 times a day. You can also add the diluted solution to your steam inhalation or an aromatherapy diffuser

I've been coughing nonstop since last night and it's really starting to worry me. My test reports show I might have a sinus issue. What could be causing this and how can I get some relief?
