I've been dealing with a dull pain inside my left chest and Im getting kind of worried about it. It seems like sometimes it's making it a bit hard to breathe, like I cant get enough air, and it's making me feel a little anxious. Ive also noticed my palms get cold now and then. What could this be and should I be really concerned?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of a heart condition. I recommend you take Aspirin 81mg immediately to help prevent blood clot formation. You should also take Nitroglycerin 0.4mg sublingually for chest pain relief. It is important to seek medical attention promptly for further evaluation and management.

I'm curious if it's normal for my heart to race and beat really hard, almost like it's going to jump out of my chest, whenever I'm anxious or getting up from sleeping. It feels pretty intense and I'm also quite thin. I've done an ECG, an echo, and had blood tests, and everything came back normal. Is this something I should be worried about?

Experiencing a racing heart and strong heartbeats when anxious or when standing up quickly can be related to anxiety and a condition called orthostatic hypotension, which is a sudden drop in blood pressure upon standing. Given that your ECG, echo, and blood tests are normal, it's less likely to be a severe cardiac issue. Managing anxiety through techniques like deep breathing exercises, mindfulness, or therapy can help. Additionally, when standing up, try to do it slowly to give your body time to adjust. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation and to discuss additional strategies for managing your symptoms.

I've been dealing with this chest pain on the right side for a little over three weeks now, and after seeing two doctors, they mentioned it might just be muscular. They had me do an ECG, which showed Sinus Bradycardia, meaning a slow heart rate. I'm getting concernedis there a chance this could be something serious?

Hey, I went to the hospital today because I've been having really bad chest pain from my GERD. They gave me a Pan injection, but the pain hasnt gone away. The doctor said I should get an ECG done and talk to a cardiologist. But I couldnt see one because of some financial issues, so I had to go home instead. Can someone please look at my ECG report and let me know if everything seems alright or if there's something wrong?

If you are experiencing severe chest pain due to GERD, you can try taking Omeprazole (20mg) once a day before breakfast for relief. Additionally, you can take Antacid syrup like Gelusil after meals for immediate relief from acidity. Make sure to follow up with a cardiologist as advised by your doctor for further evaluation of your chest pain.
