I've been dealing with this ear pain in one ear for the past few days, and it's really starting to bother me. Do you have any suggestions on how I can relieve it?

View allI'm having some trouble with my breathing that's been going on for about a year now. Around this time last year, I started noticing a bit of a problem with my breath, like my nose isn't always open properly. Sometimes I have to breathe through my mouth, and it feels like there's some sort of blockage in my nose. It got better after a few weeks, but now I'm experiencing the same issues again. It gets harder to breathe whenever I try to sleep, and I've even started feeling some chest pain. What could be causing this?

I've been dealing with bad breath for a while now, and my tongue always has a white coating with white lesions on it. No matter what I try, the bad breath won't go away. There's also this weird metallic or sulfur-like taste in my mouth, and I feel like I've lost my normal sense of taste. I've had sinus surgery, an endoscopy, and everything seems fine, but the issue still persists. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?
The most common cause of a white tongue is poor oral hygiene. Small bumps on the tongue called papillae can swell up and become inflamed in a mouth that is not cared for well. Plenty of germs, debris, food particles, and dead cells can get stuck between these papillae.

I'm currently taking Augmentin 625 and Doxolin 400, but my throat infection is still not getting better. I started Montemac FX today and also began Atorvastatin for my high cholesterol. My chest is clear, though I've got this annoying cough. I'm using Betadine gargle, but I'm really looking for something to get fast relief for my throat. Any suggestions on what I can do?
I see that you are already taking Augmentin 625 for the infection, Doxolin 400 for the cough, Montemac FX for the throat infection, and Atorvastatin for high cholesterol. Since you are still experiencing throat infection and cough, I recommend adding an over-the-counter antitussive such as Benadryl Cough Syrup to help with the cough. Additionally, you can try steam inhalation with a few drops of eucalyptus oil to help soothe your throat. Make sure to continue with the Betadine gargle as prescribed. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with your family doctor for further evaluation and management.
