I've been dealing with erectile dysfunction for the past 4 years and I'm not sure what to do next. What tests should I get to figure out the cause? Also, I'm confused about treatment options would allopathic medicine, ayurvedic therapy, or surgery work better for my situation?

For erectile dysfunction, tests like testosterone levels, penile Doppler, and blood sugar are helpful. Allopathic treatments like PDE5 inhibitors are most effective; Ayurveda may support, but surgery is rare and used only in severe cases.

View alljust had successful RIRS surgery for my 11 and 14 mm kidney stones what medicines or precautions should I take to prevent them from coming back
To prevent the recurrence of kidney stones after successful RIRS surgery, focus on hydration, dietary changes, and medication as recommended by your doctor. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, aim for 3 liters (5.2 pints) or more, to help flush out minerals. Limit animal protein, sodium, and sugary drinks. Medications like alpha blockers (like tamsulosin) or potassium citrate may also be prescribed to prevent stone formation

I have a 4 mm stone in my ureter and I'm really worried will it pass on its own or do I need surgery
Conservative therapy is advised since the stone is small.

I'm a bit concerned about my testicles hanging low. I've noticed this ever since I smoked weed for about a year, but it's been a year and a half since I stopped. Even after quitting, they still seem to hang lower than usual. Do you have any advice or suggestions?
