I've been dealing with this fever, cough, and cold situation, and while I've started taking meds, my sore throat just won't go away. I had some cucumber and tomato raita last night, and I'm worried if they might be making my throat worse. Could those foods be affecting my recovery?

I've been dealing with this issue for almost 18 months now. Every month, without fail, I get this right ear pain that spreads down to my shoulder and all the way to my hand. I've tried muscle relaxants; they help, but regular painkillers don't seem to do much. I'm wondering, what might this be?
That could be ear effusion, visit ENT docotor for evaluation and appropriate treatment, and practice valsalva for better relief.

I'm a bit worried because I just realized I've been taking Montek fx for the past month, but my doctor actually prescribed Montek lc for my ear infection last year. He said Montek lc would help prevent colds. I'm concerned if taking Montek fx instead is an issue, or are these two medications essentially the same? Could you help me understand if I need to be worried about this switch?
both are same group of drug but montec lc causes drowsiness while montec fx is nor
