I've been having this weird sensation where it feels like my uvula is always touching my tongue. It's like there's something stuck in my throat and I keep feeling the need to swallow it down. I dont have any trouble swallowing or issues with my voice right now, but its getting a bit uncomfortable. What could be causing this?

View allI'm really worried about my brother. He's been dealing with a nasal blockage for months now after recovering from Covid. He tested negative and was fine for a bit after vaccination, but now he can't breathe properly through his nose and has to breathe through his mouth, especially at night. It's affecting his sleep a lot. He quit smoking recently after a long habit, and his PFT results were okay, but he's still not feeling well. What could be causing this ongoing congestion?

Yes you can use DEWAX ear drops three drops in each ear three times in a day.

My doctor said I might need surgery for a hole in my eardrum. How do they usually do this procedure? Are there any medications that can help instead of surgery? I'm a bit worried about what to expect.
If a hole in your eardrum (ruptured eardrum) doesn't heal on its own, surgery might be needed to repair it. The most common surgical procedure is called tympanoplasty or myringoplasty, where a patch of tissue is used to cover the hole. While some cases heal without treatment, surgery is often required if the eardrum doesn't heal within a few months or if complications like infection or hearing loss occur
