I've been dealing with this fungal dandruff and have been using AF 150mg along with keto B lotion for a few weeks now. It seems like the dandruff's slightly better, but Im really wondering how much longer I should keep taking this medication? Do you think theres a specific time frame for this kind of treatment, or should I just continue until it's fully gone? I don't want to stop too soon and make things worse.

I'm really worried because I've been experiencing massive hair loss after having dengue fever. My dermatologist tells me it's called Telogen Effluvium. Every day, it feels like my hair is just falling out in chunks, and I'm terrified that I might lose all of it soon. I've been having a burning and painful sensation between my hips for about a week now, and it seems to be because of this pimple-like thing that popped up.
