I've been dealing with a fungal infection around my thigh area and lower abdomen, and it seems to be spreading. I've tried a few different medications, but I can't remember their names, and I've even applied apple cider vinegar with no luck. Could you suggest some effective medicines or treatments that might help me get rid of it?

I've had this lump next to my nipple for what feels like forever, and I'm not really sure how long it's been there. It's kinda weird because the lump seems to get taller when my nipple gets hard, and when it's soft, the lump flattens out. It's not painful, doesn't move around, and it's pretty soft. I'm a bit worried. Why is this happening? Is it something I should be concerned about?

I've got these two cuts behind my right ear that just won't heal and they've been there for nearly a year now. They ooze, scab over, and get really crusty. There's no rash, and they don't look like any eczema pictures I've found. I've tried prescribed creams but nothing helps. What could this be, and what should I do next?

Could be indicative of a condition called chronic otitis externa. In this case, I would recommend using a combination of an antibiotic and steroid ear drops to help with the inflammation and infection. You can try using Neomycin-Polymyxin B-Hydrocortisone ear drops twice a day for 7-10 days. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid scratching or picking at the scabs to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be best to follow up with your doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've noticed something growing on my right bass, and it's really painful whenever I touch it. What could this be, and should I be worried?

Loose skin on the labia majora can be a concern. _Natural methods to tighten loose skin:_ 1. *Kegel exercises*: Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles with Kegel exercises, which can help tighten the skin. 2. *Squats and lunges*: Regular squats and lunges can help tone the muscles around the labia majora. 3. *Yoga and Pilates*: Certain yoga and Pilates exercises, such as pelvic tilts and bridges, can help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. 4. *Vaginal tightening creams*: Some natural creams, such as those containing aloe vera, vitamin E, or tea tree oil, may help tighten the skin. 5. *Estrogen-boosting foods*: Include estrogen-boosting foods like soybeans, flaxseeds, and sesame seeds in your diet. _Why looseness occurs at 24:_ 1. *Hormonal changes*: Fluctuations in estrogen levels can cause skin laxity. 2. *Childbirth*: Although you're 24, if you've had a child, childbirth can cause stretching of the skin. 3. *Genetics*: Genetic factors can influence skin elasticity. 4. *Aging*: Skin naturally loses elasticity with age. 5. *Lack of exercise*: Sedentary lifestyle can contribute to weak pelvic floor muscles.
