I've been dealing with a fungal infection on my thigh for about 45 days now. It's constantly itchy, and I'm not sure what to do. Can you suggest any treatments or advice?

I'm really worried about my hair loss over the past few months. I've been losing a lot, like 200-250 strands a day, and it's freaking me out. My scalp is painful when I touch it and feels warm too. I've had issues with Seb derm in the past, but medication helped then. Now, I'm also dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and started supplements last month. Im using a mild shampoo and washing my hair every other day, but nothing seems to help. I know I need to look into a full treatment plan, but I'm not sure where to start. Can you guide me?

I've been on Brintop F 5 for 56 months now, as my dermatologist suggested. At first, like around the first 34 months, it did wonders for meI noticed my hair thinning got so much better. But lately, Im seeing the opposite. My hair above the forehead is thinning even more now, and there's more dandruff, too. Should I bump up the strength of the lotion from 5 to 10, or would it be better to stop using it altogether?

It seems like you are experiencing some changes in your hair growth pattern and increased dandruff while using Brintop F 5. I recommend consulting your dermatologist for a reevaluation of your current treatment. Your dermatologist may consider adjusting the dosage or switching to a different medication. In the meantime, you can try using a medicated anti-dandruff shampoo like Nizoral 2% twice a week to help manage the dandruff.
