I've been dealing with a fungal infection for the past two years and have been using sulfur 30 and tellurium 30, along with bc20 tablets for about a month now. Things seemed to be improving, but the itching has started up again recently. Could you offer some guidance on what might be causing this or suggest a way to get the itching under control?

I've been dealing with dandruff, hair fall, and a flaky scalp, and after seeing the doctor today, he prescribed KEVON ZIP lotion. Now I'm confused because he told me to apply it two hours before washing my hair, but when I got home and read the directions, it says to use it on wet hair for only 3 minutes.
