I've been dealing with gas coming from my stomach and out through my mouth for the last year. Sometimes I get stomach pain too. Can you give me some advice on what's causing it and how to manage it?

View allI'm dealing with this strange issue where I have gas and anal itching, and it always seems to happen right after nocturnal ejaculation or masturbation. It's really frustrating because it clears up after a few days, but I'm worried because I've noticed this at least 10 times over the past 23 months. I've done blood tests and stool tests, and everything comes back normal. Every doctor I've consulted says there's no connection, but I'm not convinced. What could be causing this, and how can I solve it?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.

I've been having acid reflux in my stomach lately and it gets worse when I eat or lie down to sleep. Could this be related to gallstones? Do I need to consider surgery for this?
Yes, gallstones can sometimes be linked to acid reflux, especially if they cause inflammation of the gallbladder. The presence of gallstones can lead to a buildup of bile in the stomach, increasing pressure and potentially stimulating acid production, which can contribute to acid reflux symptoms. However, acid reflux can also have other causes, such as Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD), certain foods, or being overweight.

I'm looking at some of my recent blood work results, and I'm a bit unsure about what they mean. My total bilirubin level is 1.6, direct bilirubin is 0.3, and indirect bilirubin is 1.3. Everything else in my liver tests came back normal, but I'm still concerned if these bilirubin numbers could indicate any health issues. Could you help me understand if there's anything to worry about?
Your bilirubin levels are slightly elevated, primarily due to indirect bilirubin. This could indicate mild liver function changes, hemolysis, or Gilbert's syndrome if you feel well otherwise. Monitor symptoms and consult a doctor for further evaluation if needed.
