Ive been dealing with gynecomastia ever since I hit puberty, and its really concerning me. Can this be treated with medication, or is surgery my only way out? And if I choose to have the surgery, how much might that set me back?

my breasts have been sagging since childhood and it seems genetic because my grandmother had the same issue is there any way to fix this without surgery
