I've been dealing with hair fall since I was 23, which was about two years ago, and now my hairline's starting to form that dreaded M shape. I'm looking for a way to control it, and I stumbled across Trichoton tablets. Could these tablets actually help with the usual improvement in hair growth and development, or is there something else I should consider?

Can I use desonide cream to help with my skin tone? Is it safe for someone like me with dark, oily skin and acne marks?

Desonide cream is a topical corticosteroid primarily used to treat skin inflammation and allergies; while it may temporarily lighten skin tone due to its anti-inflammatory effects, using it for fairness is not recommended, as prolonged use can lead to skin thinning, acne, and other adverse effects, especially on oily and acne-prone skin.

I'm really struggling with hair removal in my private areas like the inner thighs and around the testicles and anus. Every time I try, it just ends up irritating the skin and I get these pesky fungal infections because of it. It's really uncomfortable and frustrating. Can you suggest any better solutions or tips that might help with this?

For hair removal in sensitive areas, opt for gentle methods like trimming with electric clippers or using hair removal creams designed specifically for sensitive skin (patch-test first). Avoid shaving to minimize irritation and fungal infections. Keep the area clean, dry, and apply an antifungal powder if prone to infections. Consult a dermatologist for persistent issues.

I've noticed that some of the roots in the middle of my mustache aren't growing all of a sudden. It's really weird because I can see the roots, but there's no growth happening. This started happening after I got some facials and treatments for my wedding. Any idea why this might be happening or how I can get them to grow back?

That could be folliculitis or furuncle, needs evaluation, visit Suregeon for the same and also maintain proper personal hygiene.
