I've been dealing with hair fall since I was 23, which was about two years ago, and now my hairline's starting to form that dreaded M shape. I'm looking for a way to control it, and I stumbled across Trichoton tablets. Could these tablets actually help with the usual improvement in hair growth and development, or is there something else I should consider?

I've been dealing with really rough and dry skin on one of my fingers for the past two years. It almost looks like cracked drought land when I look closely. Sometimes it gets itchy too. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

You may be experiencing a condition called eczema. I recommend using a moisturizing cream containing 1% hydrocortisone to help with the dryness and itching. You can apply it to the affected area twice a day for up to 2 weeks. Additionally, you can use a gentle cleanser and avoid harsh soaps to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist, it is best to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.

I've got chickenpox marks on my face and I'm really eager to know how I can get rid of them. Are there any treatments or solutions that might help with these?

To help remove chickenpox marks on your face, you can consider using a topical cream containing hydroquinone, which helps lighten dark spots. One example is Melalite cream, which can be applied to the affected areas once daily. Additionally, using a sunscreen with a high SPF daily can prevent further darkening of the marks. It is important to consult with a dermatologist before starting any treatment to ensure it is suitable for your skin type and condition.
