I've been dealing with dengue since October 24th and was in the hospital until the 28th. I'm slowly recovering, but my platelets are at 2.76 lakh. I'm still feeling weak and having digestion issues, some joint pain, and gas problems. I'm really worried about how to get back to feeling better quickly. Could you suggest a proper diet plan to help me recover faster? I'd really appreciate it.

Sice your platelet count are increasing no need worry. Have fruits like Papaya and Pomogranate. Drink Plenty of Water and avoid spicy foods.

I'm worried because I've had a throat infection and fever since Sunday morning, which began two days after I went swimming. I'm also experiencing night sweats and a blocked throat when I wake up.
