I've been dealing with an infection for quite some time now and I've tried several creams like Dermikem OC and Clocip but nothing seems to be working. Could you please suggest the right treatment for this? I'm really worried and could use some guidance.

It seems like you have a fungal infection. I would recommend using a combination of Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) and Clotrimazole cream (brand name Lotrimin). Apply Terbinafine cream twice a day and Clotrimazole cream once a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively.

Can I use Keto B ointment on my scalp for itching and gaps between my hair? Is it harmful or safe to use?
Keto B ointment, containing ketoconazole, can be used for scalp itching and fungal infections, but for hair gaps, it may not be directly effective; it's generally safe when used as directed, but potential side effects include skin irritation, itching, or dryness; consult a dermatologist before using Keto B ointment on your scalp, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.

My beard growth is really patchy it only grows on the outer edges but stays thin in the middle and front. I've been taking multivitamins but haven't seen much improvement. I'm hesitant to try rogaine because of the side effects, and surgery isn't an option for me right now. There are some small hairs, but they haven't gotten thicker in over a year. Any idea what could help?
Beard density is mostly genetic; PRP or microneedling might help, but results vary and should be dermatologist-guided.
