I've been dealing with an infection for quite some time now and I've tried several creams like Dermikem OC and Clocip but nothing seems to be working. Could you please suggest the right treatment for this? I'm really worried and could use some guidance.

It seems like you have a fungal infection. I would recommend using a combination of Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) and Clotrimazole cream (brand name Lotrimin). Apply Terbinafine cream twice a day and Clotrimazole cream once a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively.

View allI've been on isotretinoin for a few months, and I'm in my 5th month now. My doctor upped my dose to 20 mg twice daily 'cause it wasn't working much initially. But now, after about 45 days, my hair's gotten thinner, and when I was checking out some videos on isotretinoin's side effects, someone mentioned it could cause erectile dysfunction. Since hearing that, I've started experiencing it too, and it's been happening for the past 5 days. Its stressing me out and affecting my mood. I havent told my doctor about the erection issue, but my dose got cut back to just 20 mg a day. Besides that, I'm also dealing with a stomach ache, digestion issues, testicular discomfort, and dryness in my throat, eyes, and lips. Im super confused and anxious about continuing isotretinoin. Could it really be the cause? What should I do? Your guidance could really help me out.
