I've been dealing with an infection for quite some time now and I've tried several creams like Dermikem OC and Clocip but nothing seems to be working. Could you please suggest the right treatment for this? I'm really worried and could use some guidance.

It seems like you have a fungal infection. I would recommend using a combination of Terbinafine cream (brand name Lamisil) and Clotrimazole cream (brand name Lotrimin). Apply Terbinafine cream twice a day and Clotrimazole cream once a day on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help the medication work effectively.

I'm a 19-year-old girl and I've been using Halo shampoo every day. Should I be worried about any side effects from using it that often?

Using Halo shampoo on a daily basis should generally be safe for most people. However, frequent use of any shampoo can potentially lead to dryness or irritation of the scalp and hair. It is recommended to use a mild shampoo and to consider incorporating a conditioner to prevent dryness and maintain the health of your hair. If you experience any scalp irritation or other unusual symptoms, you may consider reducing the frequency of shampooing or trying a different product.

I'm having this problem with itching near my genital area mainly at night, and it's been going on for like three months. I tried using fourderm cream for a week, and it helped while I was using it, but the itching came back when I stopped. So, for the past few days, I've switched to using dermiford cream along with taking three tablets of fluconazole 150, zifixime 200, and crtcip-l. Despite all this, the itching at night is still bothering me. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how to get rid of this itching?
