Question

I've been dealing with internal hemorrhoids for about 3 years now, but over the last 6 months it's gotten worse with frequent bleeding. I'm really worried and don't know much about this condition. Surgery isn't an option for me are there natural ways to treat this? What would you suggest for relief and healing?

Internal hemorrhoids can be managed naturally, especially with lifestyle changes and over-the-counter treatments. Increasing fiber in your diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding straining during bowel movements can significantly reduce symptoms and promote healing. Over-the-counter creams and suppositories containing hydrocortisone, lidocaine, or witch hazel can also provide relief from pain, swelling, and itching.
