I've been dealing with this issue where every morning I cough up thick, dark phlegm and it's such a struggle. I've noticed it seems to be coming from behind my uvula. This has been going on for about eight months now and I'm not taking any medication. Should I be worried or is there something I can do?

I dont think you have any issue or you need any treatment.relax.. you can gargle with saline water at the most. If you dont have persistent cough which stays whole day or any fever sneezingcold.. nothing to be done

I've just had a spirometry test done, and the results are a bit confusing because there's no interpretation provided in the report. My dad's been on continuous medication, but he's still having a tough time breathing. He's got COPD, and he was diagnosed with it at the hospital about three months ago.
