I've been dealing with this issue where every morning I cough up thick, dark phlegm and it's such a struggle. I've noticed it seems to be coming from behind my uvula. This has been going on for about eight months now and I'm not taking any medication. Should I be worried or is there something I can do?

I dont think you have any issue or you need any treatment.relax.. you can gargle with saline water at the most. If you dont have persistent cough which stays whole day or any fever sneezingcold.. nothing to be done

I'm having trouble with my asthma lately. I've been on Seroflo 250 for about 5 years, but it doesn't seem to be helping much anymore. I'm wondering if Foracort 200 might be a better option. What do you think? Is it more effective?

I'm dealing with this constant tightness in my chest, and I've got some really stressful breathing. Sometimes I even get this sharp, localized pain, but it's weird because it doesn't always hit the same spot. It's been over a year now. The pain comes and goes, but the tightness and breathing issues just aren't letting up. I smoke a lot, and I know that's probably a big part of the problem.
