I've been dealing with this issue where I keep getting mucus in my throat that I have to clear out forcefully. It's pretty annoying, and there aren't any other symptoms or complications that I can notice. I'm not dealing with any other condition either. What could be going on here?

My 6-year-old keeps having recurring ear and nose issues with enlarged adenoids. The doctor recommended surgery, but their cold allergies and bronchitis keep getting worse. Should we go ahead with the surgery or try other treatments first?

I've noticed a small lump under my jaw that I can feel when I press in, and it's also noticeable when I put a finger in my mouth and one under my jawit can move side to side. It's rubbery, doesn't hurt, and hasn't changed in size, staying about the size of a pea. I'm wondering if this is something I should be worried about or if it's just normal. Can you help me understand what's going on?

The lump you've described, which is palpable when pressing under the jaw, movable, rubbery, and painless, is likely a benign lymph node or a salivary gland stone or cyst; however, to rule out any potential concerns, schedule an appointment with a dentist or an ear, nose, and throat (ENT)
