I've been dealing with jock itch and these white itching patches in my jock area for over a year now. Ive tried using antifungal powder, but it doesnt seem to work. Is there something else I can do to get relief from this? Im really worried its not going away, and I just dont know what to try next. Could there be another underlying issue causing this?

Persistent jock itch and white patches can be frustrating. Since antifungal powder hasn't worked, consider:
- Consult a dermatologist: Get a proper diagnosis and guidance.
- Try antifungal creams: Clotrimazole, miconazole, or terbinafine might be more effective.
- Improve hygiene: Wash the area with soap and water, dry thoroughly, and wear breathable clothing.
- Tea tree oil: Mix a few drops with a carrier oil (coconut or olive) and apply to the affected area.

What kind of skin condition could this possibly be? Is it safe for him to keep taking the medication for another two days until he can see a doctor?
Based on your description, the skin condition could be: 1. Urticaria (hives) 2. Eczema (atopic dermatitis) 3. Contact dermatitis 4. I'm currently breastfeeding and I've been dealing with some nasty urticaria. I heard Allegra 180 might help with the rashes and swelling, but is it actually safe for me to take? I'm really worried about any potential effects on my baby. What should I do?
Yes you can take no problem.

I'm a bit worried about a situation with my left groin. It started itching a lot today and I noticed there's hard skin peeling off. I took some of it off but now there's this painful red patch where the skin was. My right groin seems totally fine though. Could this be something serious, or do you think it might clear up on its own?
You may be experiencing a fungal infection in your left groin area. You can try using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 2-4 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it would be best to consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.
