I've been dealing with keloid scars on my chest and shoulder that keep getting bigger and itch a lot. It seems to run in my family since my grandfather, father, and uncle all had them too. My uncle tried steroid injections and surgery but had bad results are there other treatment options that might work better for me?

Keloids are a challenging type of scar that can persist and grow larger, often causing discomfort. While steroid injections and surgery can be used, they may not always be effective or may have side effects. Here's a look at alternative treatment options that may be more suitable for your case

View allI've got this ringworm rash that's really itchy, and I'm not sure how to handle it. Should I be washing it with neem soap, using Dettol antiseptic, or is it okay to just use normal water? I'm a bit worried about what's the best approach here. What do you suggest?
Candid cream for local application is advised for 3 weeks, along with tab flucanozole 150 mg once a week for 2 weeks is advised to the patient.

I'm a bit concerned after using permethrin cream to treat my scabies. The itching all over my body has stopped, but now the skin on my penis is really dry and flaky, and it's causing cuts. I had scabies on my scrotum and penis too. Is this a normal reaction to the treatment, or should I be worried?

I'm experiencing some real trouble with my lips. They've been drying out and peeling every few days for about three months now. I've been using Tacrolimus, but nothing seems to be improving. It's really just my lower lip that's affected. It gets red, peels every third day, and any new skin that forms also dries out and flakes, especially when it comes into contact with water. It's starting to mess with my confidence. I think the problem started when I was experimenting with new lip balms. Could you help me figure out how to fix this? Having dry and flaky lips isn't aesthetically pleasing, and it's really starting to get me down.
