I've been dealing with keloid scars on my chest and shoulder that keep getting bigger and itch a lot. It seems to run in my family since my grandfather, father, and uncle all had them too. My uncle tried steroid injections and surgery but had bad results are there other treatment options that might work better for me?

I've noticed that my skin tone has gotten darker over the years. I used to have a lighter, whitish complexion until around ages 10 or 11, but it's changed gradually since then. I went to a dermatologist who recommended a skin lightening cream called Declipse, but I've been using it for a month without seeing much improvement. I've been having this annoying allergy on my face for the past couple of days. It all started after I used this Lotus sunscreen with SPF 40. My skin just started itching and it feels like an allergy. I'm wondering if it's okay to take Avil or levocetirizine to help with this? Any advice would be appreciated.

-Its possible that the sunscreen triggered the allergy. Both Avil and Levocetirizine can help with itching, but Levocetirizine is usually preferred as it's less sedating. If symptoms persist or worsen, consider consulting a doctor for a proper assessme
