I've been dealing with kidney stones and got prescribed antibiotics, codeine, and paracetamol. It's been 5 days, and I still haven't had a bowel movement. Is it alright if I take something like senokot to help with this? I'm a bit worried about this situation.

Topical Treatments*
- Steroid creams: Apply topical steroid creams (e.g., betamethasone or triamcinolone) to reduce inflammation and promote skin elasticity.
- Vitamin E oil: Massage vitamin E oil into the affected area to promote skin health and elasticity.
- Tea tree oil: Apply diluted tea tree oil (3-5%) to help reduce inflammation and prevent infection.
Pharmaconutritional Treatments
- Vitamin D supplements: Ensure adequate vitamin D levels, as deficiencies can contribute to phimosis.
- Omega-3 fatty acids: Consume omega-3 rich foods or supplements to reduce inflammation and promote skin health.
Additional Recommendations
- Gentle manual stretching: Continue gentle manual stretching of the foreskin, ideally with a lubricant, to promote elasticity and retractability.
- Warm baths: Regular warm baths can help relax the skin and promote retractability.
- Consult a healthcare professional: Schedule regular follow-ups with a healthcare professional to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.
Important Notes
- Circumcision may be necessary: If phimosis persists or worsens, circumcision may be required to prevent complications.
- Infection risk: Monitor for signs of infection, such as increased redness, swelling, or discharge, and seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.

Can a penile fracture heal on its own or is surgery always necessary? I'm really worried and not sure what to do about this
A penile fracture, which is a tear in the covering of the penis, is considered a urological emergency and usually requires surgery to avoid long-term complications. While some sources suggest immediate surgery, others acknowledge that it can be performed within 24-48 hours. Delaying surgery can increase the risk of complications
