I've been dealing with a kind of mild to medium pain in my testicles and I don't have any other symptoms. The doctor checked me out and mentioned something about slight epididymitis and put me on levofloxacin antibiotics. It's been about 10 days on the meds, but I'm not really seeing any change. Any idea why it's not improving? How long does it normally take for epididymitis to get better, and do you think trying a different antibiotic might help? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate some guidance.

I've been prone masturbating for the past five years and just realized what it could lead to. I've tried using my hands, but it really didn't work for me. When I tried prone again, it worked. Does it usually take time to get used to using hands? I really don't want to go prone again. I've been having some problems and I'm really worried. I can't feel any pleasure from my penis. It's like my foreskin doesn't even register touch, and instead of feeling good, my glans hurts when I touch it. Plus, when I rub it, I get this weird nerve twitch in my groin. Does this mean I could have neuropathy? There's no pleasure with or without lube, and even though I can ejaculate after some time, I've never experienced an orgasm.
