I've been dealing with a lot of discomfort from an anal skin tag and wondering if surgery is an option to remove it How long does it usually take to heal after the procedure

Anal skin tags can be removed via minor surgery costing ₹10,000–₹25,000. Recovery takes 7–10 days with proper hygiene and sitz baths.

View allI forced a poop the other day and felt something weird come out besides poop. Now there's this disc-like thing next to my butthole with a dark blue or black spot on it. Pooping hurts now, and my underwear keeps getting mucus stains with a strange smell. Should I be worried? Is this something I need to see a doctor for? Are there specialists for this kind of thing, and could it require surgery? It's embarrassing to talk about in person but I'm not sure what to do
It's understandable to be concerned about these symptoms. The disc-like thing and associated discomfort could be due to a rectal prolapse, hemorrhoids, or other conditions affecting the rectum and anus. Since you're experiencing pain, mucus, and unusual discharge, it's important to consult a doctor, potentially a colorectal specialist, for proper diagnosis and treatment.

I'm dealing with multiple fistulas and they're really painful. I'm trying to figure out whether laser surgery or fistulotomy would be better in the long run. I've heard fistulotomy can be more of a permanent fix, but I'm really not sure about the laser option. Could you give me some advice on this? And also, how long after surgery until I can sit comfortably and get back to working at the office?
laser surgery is better for fistula
