I've been dealing with nasal congestion and a sore throat for a while now. I've noticed yellow bumps at the back of my throat, and my tonsils are swollen and look like they're ripped or something. What do you think could be causing this, and how should I handle it?

I've had constant ear discharge from both ears for a while now and even had tympanoplasty surgery, but it didn't help. I also have mixed hearing loss in both ears. What could be causing this, and are there other treatment options I should consider?

Persistent ear discharge post-tympanoplasty and mixed hearing loss may indicate cholesteatoma or Eustachian tube dysfunction.A CT scan and revision surgery or mastoidectomy may be needed.
