I've been dealing with nightfall for the past few months, and it's really messing with my sleep. I can't seem to get a good night's rest because of it. What should I do? Is there something that could be causing this or any suggestions on how to stop it?

I have a 6mm stone in my left upper ureter with mild hydronephrosis do I need surgery right away or is there a chance it could pass on its own with urine? What would you recommend?

It's been 40 days since my circumcision surgery but the stitches haven't dissolved yet is this normal or could there be an issue with the healing process
