I've been dealing with nightfall for the past few months, and it's really messing with my sleep. I can't seem to get a good night's rest because of it. What should I do? Is there something that could be causing this or any suggestions on how to stop it?

View allMy penis curves to the left and I'm a bit worried is this normal or could it cause problems? I'm 20 and male, and I'd like to know if there are any natural ways to straighten it without surgery. What can I do?
A mild curve in the penis, especially if it's present since puberty, is usually normal and not a cause for concern if it doesn't cause pain or interfere with sex. However, if the curve is new, worsening, or causing problems, it could be Peyronie's disease and should be evaluated by a urologist. Gentle stretching exercises or vacuum devices may help in mild cases, but avoid aggressive methods.
