I've been dealing with this numbness in my right ear lately. It feels blocked, and while there isn't any pain, there's this weird air pressure, and my hearing seems muffled. Could this be an infection or something else going on? What should I do?

I'm experiencing some pain in my throat that's been going on for about two weeks now. It only hurts when I swallow saliva, but not when I'm eating or drinking anything. I've been dealing with a severe congested nose and a persistent cough for about a week now, and even though I'm on medicine for the cough, there's no fever. My nose is completely blocked, I have sinus pain, and I'm experiencing a head cold as well. But what really worries me is this new bubble-like sound I hear when I breathe out, especially if I'm lying down. Is this strange noise a typical side effect of having a congested nose and sinus issues? Ive always managed to get over colds and coughs pretty quickly before, so this is new for me. Is it something I should be really concerned about?
