I've been dealing with PCOS for the past 4 years and now considering laparoscopy surgery - is it really 100% successful or are there risks I should know about

View allMy mom has an 8.07.5 cm uterine fibroid in the right lateral wall and her endometrial echo is 10 mm. She's dealing with heavy bleeding should she go for surgery, and if so, would a hysterectomy or just a myomectomy be better? We're really confused about what to do next and would appreciate some guidance. I've attached her ultrasound pelvis report for reference.
fibroids larger than 5-6 cm (about 2-2.4 inches), especially if they are affecting your fertility, rapidly growing, or causing symptoms are an indication for hysterectomy

I'm wondering if inserting two fingers into my vagina means that my hymen is broken. Does the easier insertion indicate anything specific about the state of my hymen? I'm kind of concerned and would love some insights.
Normally you can't insert a single finger also so yes it can break the hymen

My wife is about 8 weeks into her pregnancy, and her gynecologist has prescribed Strone 200 for vaginal use. The thing is, shes having a tough time inserting the soft gel vaginally. We're wondering if she could take it orally instead? Or maybe there's another progesterone tablet out there that's suitable for oral intake?
Strone 200, a natural micronized progesterone, is typically administered vaginally, but if your wife experiences difficulties, consult her gynecologist about alternative options, such as oral progesterone supplements like Duphaston (dydrogesterone) or Naturogest (micronized progesterone), but do not switch or take any medication without consulting
