I've been dealing with a persistent cough and heavy sputum production since I was diagnosed with TB and Sarcoidosis in November 2015. I completed my treatment by November 2016, but the symptoms haven't improved. The sputum is clear and seems to increase a lot right after I eat or drink anything. I'm really concerned and unsure about what to do next. Could you help me figure out what might be going on?

View allI've recently been diagnosed with pneumonitis in my lungs by my family doctor, and now they've suggested seeing a specialist. I'm a bit worried and curious about what that might entail. Could you help me understand more about what pneumonitis is and why I might need further treatment from a specialist? Is this condition really serious, and what usually happens during these specialist consultations? I'm just trying to make sense of it all and figure out what I should expect.

I've just had a chest X-ray, and while most of it looks good, there's this one finding that says "tenting of the left diaphragm grade 1.1." What exactly does that mean? Is it something I should be worried about health-wise? Could there be a link to my heart or any other reasons for this? What kind of symptoms should I keep an eye out for?
Based on your symptoms and self-examination, it's possible that you may have: 1. Anal fissure 2. Sentinel pile (a type of hemorrhoid) 3. Anal abscess Consult a gastroenterologist, proctologist, or a general surgeon for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. They may recommend: 1. Digital rectal examination (DRE) 2. Anoscopy 3. Imaging tests (e.g., ultrasound, MRI) In the meantime, consider: - Increasing fiber intake - Staying hydrated - Avoiding straining during bowel movements - Applying topical creams or ointments (e.g., hydrocortisone) for symptom relief

I'm really worried about how my body is reacting to the ATT medications. It seems like none of the four drugs are tolerable, whether I take them alone or together. I've started getting ulcers in my mouth and throat, and I'm constantly feeling weak and tired. Could you please advise on how I can manage these side effects or if there are any alternative treatments I should consider?
