I've been dealing with a persistent cough for the past two months and I'm honestly not sure what's going on. I went to see a general doctor but unfortunately, there's been no improvement. What could be causing this, and what should I do next?

I've been having some breathing issues and lung pain ever since I got the covid vaccine. I tried taking medicine for bronchitis, but it didn't fully help. Then I saw a gastroenterologist and started on medication for acid reflux. After my second vaccine dose, my breathing problems got really bad again. It's been about three months of taking meds now, but I'm still struggling. I've never had covid before. What should I do next?
