I've been dealing with pharyngitis infections pretty frequently, almost every 45 days for about 4 years now, and Im getting really frustrated. Is there any permanent way to cure this?

View allI'm dealing with tonsillitis and noticed these white patches on my throat, but weirdly, I don't have a fever. There's just a bit of congestion. Do you think it's necessary for me to take Augmentin 625 three times a day after meals for a whole week to deal with this? I've never really taken antibiotics more than once a day before, so I'm a bit uncertain about this dosage. Can you help clear this up for me?
Take it twice a day

My PNS CT scan shows mucosal thickening in both maxillary sinuses, right sphenoid, both ethmoid sinuses, and a little in the left frontal sinus. I've had headaches for the past two months do I need surgery for this?
Sinus mucosal thickening on CT and recurrent headaches may be treated with steroids and antibiotics;functional endoscopic sinus surgery is recommended if medical therapy fails.

Hey, I'm a med student and lately, I've been hearing this sound in my ear. I think it might be pulsatile tinnitus. It all started like 34 hours ago after I finished my bath. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?
Pulsatile tinnitus can be caused by various factors such as increased blood flow in the blood vessels near the ear. In your case, since it started after taking a bath, it could be related to changes in blood flow or pressure. I recommend you to try using a white noise machine to help mask the sound. Additionally, you can take Ginkgo Biloba supplement, 120 mg twice daily, to potentially improve blood circulation and reduce the symptoms of tinnitus. If the symptoms persist or worsen, it is important to consult with an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.
