I've been dealing with psoriasis for the last 17 years, and now I'm experiencing psoriasis arthritis. Someone recommended Scapho treatment to me. Could you tell me if this treatment is effective? Should I consider going for it?

I've noticed that my skin isn't as shiny or healthy as it used to be and I'm also getting dark circles around my eyes. On top of that, I'm still dealing with acne. Do you have any advice on what might be causing these skin issues and how I can address them?
Clinsol gel for local application is advised for 3-6 weeks.

I'm currently taking isotretinoin 20 mg and I'm looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Ahaglow S face wash and Acne OC moisturizer. My skin is acne-prone and I'm hoping to find something affordable that still works well. Do you have any suggestions?
you can try using Cetaphil Oily Skin Cleanser. It is gentle on the skin and helps in controlling excess oil production. As for a substitute for Acne OC moisturizer, you can consider using Sebamed Clear Face Care Gel. It is suitable for acne-prone skin and provides the necessary hydration without clogging pores. Since you are currently using isotretinoin 20 mg, it is important to choose products that are gentle on the skin to avoid any irritation.
