I've been dealing with this rash that keeps showing up, and it's got these clear fluid-filled blisters or small bumps. There's itching that comes and goes, and I can't figure out what's causing it. Could you help me understand what might be going on and how I might be able to treat it?

I'm noticing that around 20 of my head hairs are turning grey, and my beard has started greying too. I've heard about Kerablak tablets, specifically the 200 mg ones, and I'm wondering if they are effective for grey hair. Could you suggest if they're good or if there's another tablet I should consider? I really want to understand my options for dealing with this greying issue.
Kerablak tablet is not specifically indicated for treating grey hairs. However, you can try using a supplement containing Biotin, Vitamin E, and Vitamin C to help maintain healthy hair pigmentation. Additionally, using a hair colorant can help cover the grey hairs.

I'm a chubby female and I've been struggling with blackheads and ingrown hairs on my inner thighs. It's really frustrating and I'm worried about it. What's the best way to get rid of these? Any advice would be really appreciated.
To get rid of blackheads and ingrown hair on your inner thighs, exfoliate regularly with a gentle scrub, use salicylic acid or tea tree oil products, wear loose-fitting clothing, and consider waxing or sugaring instead of shaving.
