I've been dealing with really bad tooth pain for the past two days. I've already tried the painkillers, ketorol dt, but it still hurts a lot. What else can I do for relief? Is there something else you would recommend? This pain is really getting to me.

pain could be because of tooth decay you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

I'm noticing some black spots inside my mouth and it's been causing some discomfort. I also find it painful when I eat things that are spicy or salty, and there's this persistent aching feeling inside my cheek. What should I do about this?

I'm really worried because my tongue always smells really bad, and I think it's causing my terrible breath. I scrape it every day, but nothing seems to help. Is there anything I can do to fix this? And what kind of doctor should I see for this issue?

You may be experiencing halitosis due to bacteria on your tongue. I recommend using a tongue scraper along with an antiseptic mouthwash containing chlorhexidine. You can also try using a tongue gel containing zinc chloride. Additionally, make sure to stay hydrated and maintain good oral hygiene by brushing your teeth and tongue regularly. For over-the-counter options, you can try using Colgate Peroxyl Mouth Sore Rinse as a mouthwash and Orabrush Tongue Cleaner for scraping your tongue. Remember to follow the instructions on the packaging for proper use. If the issue persists, you can consult with a dentist or an ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
