I've been dealing with really bad tooth pain for the past two days. I've already tried the painkillers, ketorol dt, but it still hurts a lot. What else can I do for relief? Is there something else you would recommend? This pain is really getting to me.

pain could be because of tooth decay you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done if required. If there is cavity get it filled. If there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

View allI've had a gum infection for the past 4 days near my lower front teeth and I'm also undergoing RCT treatment. My dentist mentioned that if the infection doesn't clear up with the RCT, I might need surgery. Is gum surgery really the best option for this kind of infection? I'm worried about what the procedure involves and if there are other alternatives I should consider first.
sx is option only.

Is it okay to delay gum surgery until June or should I get it done sooner Also are black gums something to be really worried about health-wise
It's generally best to address gum surgery sooner rather than later, and black gums may be a cause for concern depending on the reason. Delaying gum surgery can lead to more severe conditions and increased treatment complexity, while black gums can be a symptom of gum disease or other health issues.
